MENS EARTH DANCE OUTFIT

I just had to create another enseble for the men, easy breezy and stylish all the same....

1. Denim shirt

2. Straight jeans

3. Loafers

4. Fedora

5. Aviator sunglasses

6. Leather arm band

This is the last outfit that I've thought of, you can do more than the casual shorts even flared pants are also an option paired with a bustier and statement jewellery and ofcourse not forgetting the classy floppy hat for a fine chic look. Would you try it?

EARTH DANCE OUTFIT 1

The Earth dance event is coming up and feeling upto it well because I missed last years and I was told it was fun. So this year I don't intend to miss it, so I decided to think of outfits that would I would wear. I want to feel comfortable and yet still stylish and so I came up with the above ensemble, what do you think?

PERFECT SUMMER

It's been freezing here in Kenya and the SUN is a rumor! We are near September and I'm thinking if the Sun decides to show itself then this would be my ideal outfit. Wearing midriffs is still an issue here but what the heck, I want one and when I get one I will wear it!

The thing about wearing midriff tops is that you have to balance it out with a sort of maxi bottom, you know like a maxi skirt or palazzo pants like the ones below. This will ensure that your ensemble looks polished rather than tacky.

White is another color trend that I love, and with this set I was trying to incoproate it with snakeskin. This is how I would style myself, this outfit would be perfect for a meeting, formal or informal, well considering the kind of work that you do you might want to eliminate some items like the double ring and exchange the cropped jeans with cotton blend pants and you are set!
This outfit would also be perfect for a coffee date...I know, I know what's with the dates? I don't know...I guess I want one...LOL! Would you wear this? What would you change if you weren't?

Just thinking what if I had to go to dinner and all I had was a snakeskin dress? This is how I would style myself, add some bold colour then pair it with accesories with less of a bold colour just to tone down the whole look, I mean the dress has already too much going on so just keeping it subtle.
The black pointed low heel pumps make it more of a classy outifit than the normal sky high pumps and that makes them perfect for a dinner date. Would you dress like this? If not what would you change?

This outfit was thought out around the snakeskin top, snakeskin is a trend right now and I was just thinking of how I would dress the top. This is basically it, when I'm having a breezy day like today I want to wear boyfriend jeans and laze around. The orange pumps are as a result of an obsession with colour orange plus I'd pair them with the jeans just incase you need to run errands, and that's where the clutch and the square sunglasses come in. Would you dress like this? What would you change? I would like to know....

THANK YOU!

It's been almost 7 months since I started this blog and I would just like to say thank you to all my readers and followers. I was skeptic when I first started this blog because I thought that obviously no one would read it and it will be an epic fail. Anyway people like Nancie Mwai who started way before me , encouraged me and told me if it was my passion it would be something I would do for a long time. It is true Nancie I love blogging each and every day especially when I have all the time in the world! With all that said I just want to say thank you again, blogging is not easy but it sure is fun!
I went shopping with my mum yesterday, best shopping bud by the way and we got some cool stuff. I wore one of them today and here is a sneak peek...will post the whole outfit tomorow.

PERFECT MONDAY INNIT?

Mondays' are usually a bore to many but not to me...well sometimes! Waking up sluggishly from your bed and thinking 'Jeez what I'm I going to wear today?' Well as I was checking out other blogs I found this perfect outfit by Andy of Style Scrapbook.

I'm sure most of you are thinking how could I possibly wear a varsity jacket to the office well you can substitute it with a blazer. Not the normal black one but a colored one, and yes with colored shoes. This is a great way to start your monday by coloring it up! On a personal level I would wear the varsity jacket to break the monotony of donning the blazer and because my line of work is more flexible.

HERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THOSE WITH STRICT OFFICE DRESS CODE....

Blue blazer, White blouse, Black straight leg pants (remember to cuff them), Oversized red clutch, Yellow pumps and Gold watch. Your office outfit doesn't have to be dull, colorize it and make it perfect for a dull monday!

Black Bird Jeans Party Outfit TWO

These are the two outfits that have been on my mind this week, I was working around the sheer blouse and these two outfits are the results...let's just wait for Saturday to see what outfit prevails.....
