FAB STYLE

Apart from the shoes and the fashion show that I didn't attend, booo me! I met people who had style at the event. Here are some pictures....

 The first picture is a friend of mine called Pat who works for an image consulting company. I loved her outfit because of the simplicity, it's not too casual and still makes an official statement since she was there for official purposes.

The second outfit is of a well known fashion blogger, Nancie Mwai and I loved her outfit too because it was out of the ordinary, the mixture of colours and patterns what was caught my eye in this one and I think she looks fabulous, don't you?

ALCOTT FASHION TAKE TWO- THE STYLISTAS!

To be quite honest this was the favourite part of the night for me..to see the fashionistas come out and do their thing. It was a shoe fest  as you can see from the collage I made for both the ladies and gents, and people went all out, I loved it! People are actually becoming fashion concsious and take time to notice trends and incorporate them with all kinds of style. I also loved how people were so coperative and conceded to me taking their pictures for my blog...thank you everyone, this is actually a good way of supporting bloggers like us and a special thank you to Maerie for letting me use your camera for the night, your camera is awesome! I mean look at the quality of the pictures here...BIG difference!

BLACKBIRD SWAG

As I had promised earlier I would post more pictures of the Blackbird party, unfortunately there was no fashion show but there were few with notable street style...

I liked the use of barrels as tables......

AND THERE WAS RAJAB'S STYLE...

So there is a friend of mine called Rajab..I love that name! This guy is the most stylish man I know he is always upto date with fashion trends and news not only in men's wear but also women's. He is an upcoming stylist and I wanted to share some photos that I took a while back when I bumped into him in town. He was from the hospital and he was from buying some food at a shop don't remember which one. Yes that's why he has the black paper bag in his hand...

I loved the detailing on the jeans...! It makes rugged look so cool...!

Rajab makes this look so effortless...so men simplicity clearly is key... well with a little fantastic detailing here and there....

MARIA'S STYLE..

Maria Shitawa is a friend of mine and her style is one of a kind. I have always admired how witty her ensembles are, her style is eclectic she can dress in whatever style she wants and still manage to pull it off. However she always keeps it simple and acute, you know not too fussy. I caught some shots of her last week and I thought she looked fabulous! She is a stylist and works with EVE GAL magazine that is produced every Wednesday in the KENYAN STANDARD NEWSPAPER.
